Nazmul Hossain Dihan is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Visa Connect. He leads the organisation’s strategic direction, business development, and overall operations. Nazmul is responsible for institutional partnerships, market expansion, and ensuring that Visa Connect maintains the highest standards of ethical counselling and student service.

Md Akhtaruzjaman is the Senior Lead Counsellor at Visa Connect and a British Council Certified Education Adviser. He oversees academic counselling and student visa strategy across all destination countries. Akhtar handles complex cases, supervises SOP and documentation quality, trains counsellors, and ensures compliance with university and immigration requirements.

Sayeed Ahmed is a Consultant at Visa Connect and a current university student with hands‑on experience of international education pathways. He is a British Council Certified Consultant and supports students with initial counselling, destination awareness, and application preparation. Sayeed assists students in understanding entry requirements, English test options, and documentation basics for destinations including the UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.

Arif Bin Bokhtiar Labib is a Senior Consultant based at the Sylhet Head Office. An international graduate, and British Certified Consultant, he manages day‑to‑day counselling operations, oversees application documentation, and ensures files meet university and visa standards. Labib also supports junior counsellors and monitors application timelines.

Ataur Rahman Mitu is a Senior Consultant at Visa Connect and a current university student. He focuses on student follow‑ups, documentation coordination, and communication throughout the application and visa preparation process. Mitu also assists with outreach to local colleges and universities in the Sylhet region.

Majharul Islam Shajed manages Visa Connect’s digital communication and front‑desk operations at the Sylhet office. He is responsible for social media content creation, handling initial student enquiries, scheduling counselling appointments, and supporting day‑to‑day office coordination.

Graduated from Leading University, Sylhet. As a Brand Ambassador, Emon supports student engagement, shares practical guidance, and helps students understand the study abroad journey and preparation steps.

University of Dhaka. Jubair supports Visa Connect’s student community outreach by sharing study abroad awareness and encouraging students to plan early, prepare documents correctly, and choose the right destination and course.

Graduated from Leading University, Sylhet. Badhan supports student engagement and helps spread awareness about studying abroad, application planning, and document readiness through community participation.
